Here's my new toy. First AR build.

Spikes lower (Custom MD themed paint job)
PSA lpk
Magpul MIAD grip
Magpul CTR stock
Magpul MOE midlength handguard
Spikes 14.5" lightweight upper
Pinned dynacomp
Vortex SPARC red dot

Still need a flip up rear, and I'd like to do a vertical foregrip and a single point sling.

very nicely done color fill, really great rifle overall to be honest...but that really stands out to me.

I think it came out well. Over time it will probably break down. I used the testors model paint and hoppes cleanup method. I found the best way to do it is just cake the paint all over the lower and let it dry for an entire day and then use hoppes on a cotton ball to wipe off the excess.

From experience I can tell you that the testors method lasts a very, long time.

it's a 4x32 mil dot scope was inexpensive but quite effective. Eventually when i can afford a wicked scope it will get swapped out obviously but it works for now.

I like a lot.....Little heavy in the beginning but now I barely feel a thing with it.... Smooth on the recoil as well. If you have the extra $$$ i will definitely recommend it.

Mounted a Nikon m223 3-12 in a larue qd mount on my rifle tonight. Aimpoint magnifier and comp m4 got moved to the m&p 15-22 haha until I build an sbr.

No...just a Stainless Steel barrel.
