When exactly will they initiate the lawsuit in reference to the gun ban in Maryland. In my humble opinion, I feel that the sooner they do it, the better chance they would have on getting the judge to initiate a Stay on the law prior to it becoming effective.

They can't file suit before it becomes effective. The rumor is that the NRA will be ready on Day 1 to file for relief.
