TGSCOM / The Gun Source *Buyer Beware*!

I would just like to inform everyone not to purchase anything from TGSCOM / The Gun Source. I believe they also have numerous other sites as well. I ordered some stuff on May 10th and got an order confirmation email and I have not heard anything since. I have sent 5-6 emails and tried to call at least a half a dozen times. When you call, you get "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties". I have said over and over to please just cancel my order and provide me notification that my order was in fact cancelled and here it is, May 21st and still have not heard anything!!!! The only good news is that my credit card has not been charged yet.

*** Please do not order from them and feel free to post to other websites so others do not have to deal with the poor/non existent customer service i am receiving.

FWIW: I bought a 1911 from TGSCOM Inc dba Midwest Hunters Outlet back in December 2010. Address at the time was in Wisconsin.

Had no problems with them, piece was forwarded to MD FFL without incident.
Don't know if above are same people or not

Call your credit card company and tell them not to accept any charges from them.
That will get your order cancelled for sure.

Funny thing.... i called and they said my options were to cancel my credit card or wait to the charge happens and dispute it then. thats bs....
