    How can this pinhead dispute that the AR15 isn't in common use? It's the single most popular rifle in the country!

    they to dispute that its in common use for self defense... not sure why that narrow interpretation matters.

    Edit: Just explained, that's why its up. If its not for self defense it doesn't matter... i guess f**k the hunters...

    sounds like the two guy judges are fairly receptive and in the bruen frame of mind.

    ... 2-1 maybe in favor or bianci, bruen framework. then en banc. (just my humble opinion)

    the first case went for a pretty long time. why the time limits on this? for the points?
