Same thing is going to happen to the Maryland HQL lawsuit and maybe the weapons ban suit as well..The court won't touch em..watch..
So I should be able to open carry my tiny little Beretta Pico since it won't scare anyone ;-)

These misdemeanors were enacted to prohibit the [open] carrying of really scary weapons like big axes or sieves that might scare women and children on the streets.
Just wondering how people feel about Tasers and the less lethal approach to individual protection? I have been thinking about this and the criminals don't carry tasers so it seems like a bad idea in general, but would be helpful in certain situations when less lethal makes sense.
