Anyone had success getting a pistol released from a FFl that isn't regularly releasing after the 7 days?

I'm talking about a dealer who isn't releasing but you where able to convince to do so.

If you convinced him, he is no longer "not releasing" , he just became Conditional Release.

I did, took a good bit of legwork to get the answers and sources of the answers for the dealer to verify regarding the ATF 4473 and MSP 77R paperwork.

The dealer releasing on time thread that stickied at the top of this forum has the information.
