Stump Removal in Harford County

I have a small stump in my front yard that I need to get ground down. Anyone here do that kind of work or have someone they can recommend?

Does Harford Rental have them for rent? They're actually kind of easy to do, a little bit at a time. Another alternative is to cut the stump down low enough you can get the mower over it without hitting.

Keep the stump. Makes it easier to strap on the artificial leg.
