I know EFK Firedragon makes a conversion barrel although currently out of stock. I have heard that a regular Springfield Armory barrel works-at least one from an older XD subcompact 9mm. Anyone know if this is true? Will a Mod.2 9mm barrel drop in the Mod.2 40? Do you need 9mm mags?
I have Beretta 96 40 and have Beretta 92 barrel that drops in and it fires 9mm with the 40 mags no problem. two guns in one! only $90 for the 92 barrel. Was hoping to do simlar with XD Mod.2 40.
