South Dakota Bill 1015 No Permit Required

Looks like a South Dakotan state representative is introducing a Bill HB 1015 (within SD) to allow carry without a permit.

He even uses the "UNconstitutional" word! [gasp]

New Hampshire too, but their governor already said he would veto it.
Pandering to his anti-2A base?

Just as Shall Issue swept across most of the country, we're coming around again with Constitutional and/or "permitless" carry laws.

It really makes Maryland look archaic. It's embarrassing.

Let's hope this passes. One by one, each state will hopefully follow suit.

he also said he is not seeking reelection this year....so depending on when they pass this law he might not have a chance to veto it.
