    Ok, now how are single shot handguns defined as?

    If the law defines a rifle as having a barrel of no less than 16", and overall length being no less than 26 inches...

    But yet, defines a pistol as being any gun with a barrel less than 12 inches..

    Where does a T/C Encore pistol with a 15" barrel chambered in .308, fall into play with all of this?
