SIG 365 Question

I'm researching "building" (buy and modify) a Sig 365 for IWB carry. Specs say the 365 is 1.0" wide and the 365XL is 1.1" wide. Where is the width difference. Versacarry says it makes a holster difference. I plan on swapping out the grip module, likely for a Wilson Combat.

I use a kydex/leather style IWB holster for my 365XL, have used both the factory and the wilson combat grips in the same holster. Both fit just fine, with the factory being slightly less snug around the leather (but still being retained when it's not on my body) than the wilson combat, mainly due to the wilson combat grip being slightly fatter and pushing open the leather just a little more.

Get the P365X, same grip as the XL but with a shorter slide. This is my everyday carry (IWB).
