    yup, noel. i told you it has a flat silver finish, after putting it on, it seemed a nice looking combination,so i kept it that way for now. i can't wait for the wooden fore end stock, it will probably be a nice tri-color one!

    I picked this up at The Gun Shack in Mt. Airy recently for a pretty good price. The original wood furniture (which I still have) is beautiful, but the forend grip just didn't quite feel right after shooting it the first time. I replaced the wood furniture with this synthetic set and it feels much better to me, not to mention having a built-in recoil pad. I'm pleased.

    Its an Ontario M9, it came with the gun from Talo. Not sure of the standard M9s will fit a 590?

    The bayonets for the A1 are diffferent, the lug needs to be bigger than a standard M9 to fit over the muzzle. You could easily bore it out though.
