Shot Log Book

Anyone know where I can purchase(online preferably) a NRA competition shot log book? Besides the NRA of course?

Some guys at the range had a book to log each shot on the circular NRA targets. Is it called something specific and I'm not querying the correct term?

Any help would be appreciated.
