So, for those people who have been moved out of state, or no longer active here, because we want everything to be transparent we are giving everyone "chosen" until August 27th to either let us know they cannot come, or to buy a ticket to secure their spot.

With "BlackBart", since it seems he's been banned, and I'd need him to PM me to confirm his identity (theoretically anyone could come in and say "I'm BlackBart, but I can't respond because I'm banned so just sell me the ticket."
I think it's fair, then, to disqualify anyone who is banned from the board. Not because their actions here, but just because of the mechanics of getting this sorted out.
If anyone thinks this is unfair, they can PM thedevilhimself who is in charge of our "Feelings Department".
