Shell casing law repeal amendment

Does anyone know who was conspicuously absent when they voted to strike the shell casing law? It died 5-5.

No. BTW, I'm wondering if one of the pro-2A people in the GA could 'grill' some member of the MSP about this program.

Pretty sure it was an abstention but I couldn't hear who. We will have to wait for the voting sheets to get published.

That one could make it under the right circumstances.

But does it really matter if all we can buy is revolvers if this POS goes through largely intact? How many handguns are there with 10 round magazines or less?

What a useless law. Hard to believe a repeal didn't pass.. then again with this legislature I shouldn't be surprised.

If shell casing repeal happens, then the can say they gave us something in an effort to make it a "balanced" bill. If that's the case, might be better to NOT get shell casing repeal.
