This has been a really interesting experience, here are my Kailash blades from my latest and previous order.

    To bottom

Angkhola Tin Chirra in Buffalo horn - Ordered as 15" think its a little smaller but its a formidable blade. This is definitely a brush chopper if it didn't look so awesome with the brass inlay on the blade and at the cross pins. For a fighting blade its way too heavy but it is full tang.

Mk1 11" Of all of them this was one of the cheapest options but in my mind the best for a fighting knife. Has a fantastic balance only slightly nose heavy. Don't let the lack of fullers or decorations full you...…..this is a great, balanced and extremely quick to handle large blade. Feels like a martial arts blade.

Mini 9" Jury is still out on this one, feels like a good field blade. Sizable, not as well balanced as the Mk1 but a great all around good handling blade.

Mini 5" …………..toothpick for the mess kit but a nice little blade.

Still tossing around getting a service issue or a second Mk1. If I had to grab one in a jam to defend myself I definitely would go for the Mk 1.

the cursive has the leather and copper wrapping. Nice!! how does it feel in the hand? And the mini?

The cursive is heavier than you would expect due to the entire handle being steel wrapped in leather. A mini chopper of sorts. I dig it as it's very unique for its size/shape.

The mini is freaking awesome. With the 7" blade it's perfectly balanced and feels great in the hand for a smaller knife.

If I do one more order one of those Cursives will be in the lot.

They just sent mine over to the sheath section, so I'm thinking it should be finished up relatively soon. Looks pretty good so far.

They sent me some pics ... damn.

(I am tempted to reconsider The Wife's birthday present, and just get her some earrings ...)

I like the stacked leather handle they had on Facebook this morning

Really interested in ordering a 9 inch with the stacked leather. Looks great!

My estwing hatchet has a stacked leather handle. There is some type of clear coat on that is old and flaking off. I wonder if Kalish will do something similar?
