Sounds like back in the mid '80s at the Carroll County Vo Tech center. Someone ran a dead deer up the flagpole. The one that I was involved in was much classier and according to the school administrators, showed school spirit. It was also pretty much non-destructive. I believe that the people that they proved were involved had to each pay $2 or something toward the cleanup fee, most of which was for washing soap slogans off the windows and having a tow truck remove some items from the school yard.
What makes a young adult think this sort of thing is appropriate? I was far from the perfect student in my day, but I don't recall being a complete idiot.
