Love the images, and descriptions of happy warriors! You guys really seem to have been strategically placed, and I did read MM's background in the other thread of how it came to be.We actually enjoyed having “our side” of the street (directly across the street from the Court’s front steps), well away from the sneering and angry loser gun banners, who milled about miserably, hemmed in by bike racks, near the press (who were actually corralled inside their own bike racks) near the steps; the press mostly ignored the bitter banners.
Across the street, we were free! Free Americans!
From there we were able to launch sign attacks on the other side of the street, at will!
back across on our side, we had many interviews with the TV, radio and print media, and pleasant exchanges with passersby, many locals evidently walking to work at the Congressional office buildings who whispered to us “Thank you!” and “God bless you!” and “Keep up the fight!.”
We also had out of state and international visitors who wanted to stop and chat, and to even pose holding a sign:
There's no reason they would. The court has demonstrations in front of it every day they're in session.
