Yes, CZ USA is planning on making the factory stock available, but I doubt it will meet MD's silly OAL requirement for SBR's.

If a long gun is under 29" it is banned as a copy-cat. Any long gun, not just AR-15s.

Factory stock only gets you a little above 26". You'd need a perma-attached barrel extension or extended muzzle device to make it work, or hope that Engage's lawsuit bears fruit.

I stopped by yesterday and took a look at it. A bit on the heavy side, but calling it a pistol in the first place is a stretch, IMHO. But it's very well balanced with two hands.

I can't wait to get one and shoot it.
I mean, pass this one up, you don't want to get in line for this one, not worth at less than the cost of a Sig 226.

it may be possible to make up the oal issue with using a 7 position buffer tube and a long stock with an extended but pad, such is my hope that it will work out, if my math guestimations are correct I should be able to sneak it right by, but I would sooner hope that the overall length issue gets debunked in the courts rather then subject us to this silly OAL requirement...
