I've seen them around, the little charts you can place in your scope cover with either mildot/MOA drop or what I want one for, dial adjustment for different loads.
Something water proof that I could write on with a permanent marker and slap in with double sided tape.
I'd love to be able to have 3-4 common loads on it for my .308 and for my .223/5.56. So I could have it zeroed for my hunting load then have L/R and U/D adjustment for my common M80 and for a cheap load. On the AR it would be nice to have it for m193, m855, hunting load and maybe long range target load. My bushnell scopes all have the dials listed with the current setting once I take off the caps, so so long as nothing needed more than about 5MOA or so I could remove the caps and put it at something neutral zero at 200yds for every load and note the adjustments and write them down on the cap chart.
The AR I could do up a small chart and laminate it and stash it in the grip, but I'd rather it on the scope cover. .308 has no option for storage.
