If I'm understanding correctly (I've never built an AR before..) I'd only need a lower to finish that upper off, correct?

When I say lower, I mean a finished lower, or a stripped lower that I built.

Chris let me know if you need help with the lower. I got most of the tools you need and plenty of spare parts.

I do, too. I am intrigued by the 300. To me, it seems like an ideal caliber/cartridge. I plan to do something like that later this summer.

I'm thinking of getting one built. I do have a question. Is the gas port carbine or pistol? Did you use a low micro block?

Have a stripped lower and upper just waiting to do this....

Problem is, I really want a SBR 300 with a suppressor.....but I totaled up all the parts and the 2 stamps and I'm wondering if its worth it.

Ammo is no problem, I have 5k .223 brass sitting around that I can trim to spec.
