A simple warrant can require a gun shop to turn over their bound book you retards! That's already law! Good grief! Proper written notice for 48 hours?? Seriously? It's faster to get a court order....idiots.

They could call it right now and we would lose 6-5....almost guaranteed. Frosh knows it, he's probably made sure of it. This is all a show.

How is it that people who have no experience regarding a matter, chosen to create policy on it..?

A gun is not a weapon - it is a tool. The manner in which it is used determines its definition. A baseball bat is a recreational tool, unless it is used in an act of violence. At that point, it becomes a weapon.
The law abiding citizens are not the individuals who need regulated in regards to their firearms possession. The individuals who are willing to do evil, are not concerned about "breaking the new law" when they commit their acts of violence.
States which have the toughest and most stringent gun laws have the highest crime rates. This is because the citizens are not in a position to protect themselves. They are abiding by their laws, but still fall victim to the criminals who do not care how many laws are passed.
Tighter gun laws will in no way reduce violent crimes.

Why is this so hard to understand....

On a side note..... what's with the disdain for LEO's on here?
