Those are really nice........I am looking for one to do a conversion on. Do you know of anyone that has any in stock? or someone that wants to sell a use one for a decent price? I would love to get started on this build in the next day or so.

I know Scott's used to have a few nicely modded ones in stock....and probably built by Clandestine I really want something very similar to this
    21160241_photobucket_76514_.jpg

I just want to be able to handle it first for fit.

    Nice Saiga man.

Yup, I did them all including this one.

That one was pricey. If you provide a S12 and want that same setup would run $2000.00 with Parts and Labor.

not that it's in my immediate (or even distant) future, and i know zero about saiga's, but is there anything to consider when buying the host gun for a full-out conversion like the beaut's above? seems like i see some from $500-800 at gun shows, anything to seek out or avoid?

absolute insanity at 3 gun matches when folks are using these!!!

I don't want to sound like a dick, but how do you get the rear right to hold zero??? And yes, I realize it's a shotgun, so close enough may infact be "close enough".

I reweld the top cover to be a hard push and slap fit, theres no side to side play or up-down movement. I then weld the rear sight from the tip of the sight base when the drum is removed. Its usable with slugs about to 75 yards max.

Nice, you're not gonna be shooting more than 100 yards with slugs anyway. Although I was rather surprised by the relative accuracy of slugs at 100 yards, it was scary accurate...

Below, my Saiga porn. Last one is an RPK buttstock with a 1PN34 Nightvision scope.

Here is my Saiga 12 "Signcutter" built by Mike Rogers at Lone Star Arms in Albuquerque, NM. This thing is wicked, shoots anything you put in it, has drum and box magazines and has never had a FTF or FTE. A bit more expensive than some Gunsmiths but, in my opinion, worth every penny.
