    Safety Coordinator (Alexandria, VA)


    Aerotek is looking for a Safety Coordinator in Alexandria, VA for electrical construction company. This person will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating building fire alarm and suppression inspections for technicians. This position requires leadership skills when managers are in the field.

    Please respond immediately ONLY if you possess all of the following:

    -3-5 years of experience of dispatching technicians
    -Experience with scheduling 10-20 technicians a day
    -Good communication skills- will be working with customers
    -Must have fire alarm systems experience

    caution about aerotek. since they are in construction once the project is done you're out of work again and no telling if its a new project or if they are halfway through it. questions you might want to ask

    They told me around $19.50/hr.

    They did say it was a non-permanent position with a great opportunity to become permanent.
