SAF Sues New York City over Handgun Fees!

Seeing how the SCOTUS has not touched anything 2A outside the home for the past few years.

That's the only thing the SCOTUS seems to take on board to solve, which makes sense at this point in time. Heller was a total ban, McDonald was a total ban.

The fee case was in the home.. I thought they might go for it and apply president with out to much drama..
Prehaps they are ducking because they think they will need to set a standard of review and they are not ready...

Look down the page, Northern Marianas has a handgun ban, and only allows a few basic rifle types.
