    Goodbye MD, Hello freedom
JT makes a quality product and the people using them do seem to like them. Heres the way I look at it: practicing with rock and lock can get you to be very fast...perhaps just a touch slower than the magwell, but still pretty damn fast. You also have to modify the mags to use in this and you can't use any drums. If you are shooting 3gun, then I can see how this would have some usefulness. Otherwise, I vote either saving money or spending it on drums and practicing.

I have a drum, but they really aren't practical (easier to carry two 10 round mags); so I'm not real concerned about losing the ability to run them. I've never liked the way you have to force the loaded mags into the S12, and the magwell conversion is supposed to make mag insertion easier (or so I've read). I figured I'd give it a try, if I don't like it, I can always remove it.
