It seems MD is holding the pre-stay applications until the judge rules. This is a good sign. it would be perfectly legal for MD to deny all applications without G&S at this point. It likely indicates that you will be issued a permit if the Judge does not grant a permanent stay. Hold tight.

I didn't want to advertise it, because the saint marys msp only conducts one interview at a time.

I personally know of two applicants in St Mary's that have not even had thier references contacted, and they put in pre-stay same day as me. There were four of us who all went the same time for livescan, etc.

Back to Calvert, the trooper called my first reference last night and low and behold all of my other references, my wife AND my supervisor were called today. I spoke to him after he had some difficulty speaking with everyone (1 on travel) and he stated that he wanted ALL of my references and my interview completed by end of this week, beginning of next.

Any coincedence that the stay was canx yesterday and my first reference was called last night?/?

I've only heard from the MD Dept of Public Safety that I'm not a criminal...

Has anyone from MoCo heard anything???

For a while it seemed as if folks in Baltimore county were the ones who haven't heard a peep after having check cashed. Is that still the case? You guys who haven't heard anything all from Baltimore county?

I'm in St. Mary's and have had a phone interview, but not a F2F interview or one scheduled. Two of my references and my wife were called early on...same day as my phone interview. Nothing since.

I'm telling you it's a different world up here in the sticks, even the troopers seem to be layed back except when they are pulling the weekend tourists over on I-68 on the weekends.
