Ruger - Maryland compliant AR question

On the Ruger product webpage below it states that there are attachment points on the gas block.

Will any of these attachment points work with a bipod? If so, any recommendations on a well made bipod?

This is the 5th thread on this rifle.
It is NOT MD complaint, in the opinion of at least two IP's because of the medium barrel contour.

Not sure this model actually has the attachment points either, the description is ambiguous:

Call in to Ruger. Supposedly they will ask legal why they determined it was MD complaint and get back to me.

I told them "medium contour" is not 'heavy barrel' as required by the People's Republic.
