My bet is those capri pants were shorts hanging below his ass and the employee probably grabbed the gun as the guy was busy fumbling trying to keep his pants from falling off

Maybe they were those clam digger, baggy jeans or super big basketball shorts I have been seeing around the Druid hill area. Just as ridiculous looking as the more metro/hipster type of manpris. It is an always fascinating cultural anthropology lesson to live in Baltimore.
