Rifle question in MD

I'm new to MD, but can you use a 25rd mag here? Also, would this be legal out of the box:

doubt they will sell the rifle with that 25rd mags.

I recently bought a Sig 522 Swat from a local dealer. It came with a 25 round mag and the dealer had to put a pin in the mag to prevent me from loading more than 20 rounds.

Its up to the FFL dealer if they want to let the weapon go with the mags that came with it. Since its BI(basic issue) its not resale of the mag if it came with the weapon. But purely up to there discretion.

Its still a "transfer" of the mag and illegal in MD
