How does VA so often do the right thing with its GA, then do exactly the opposite with its Gov.? McAuliffe, Kaine?

It's more than that. Apathetic voters south and west of Richmond. The vast majority of folks in VA are very pro personal responsibility and pro gun. They just don't bother going out to vote
