I am opposed to any and all legislation that infringes upon our Second Amendment right to bear arms. My record is clear on this issue. I have never voted in favor of any “anti-gun” legislation. I am an outspoken and unwavering advocate for the Second Amendment.

Although it makes me happy to hear these words from an ardent supporter of the 2nd Amendment; I pray that Senator Jacobs is able to convince other members of the Maryland Senate.

Senator Jacobs is one of our strongest supporters in MD and she sits on the Judiciary committee. I want to thank her and Sen. Dwyer for their ardent contributions to our cause. Unfortuntately, our support in both the House and the Senate is thin, and, as I see it, we can only hope that SB 0281 is trashed or severely amended before it comes up for a full vote.

I've been in the shooting sports for over 60 years and never, ever thought I'd see this day. We need mandatory military service for our leaders so they can appreciate the freedom they have yet to earn.

Happy to say I am in her district. I didn't know it when I decided to settle in Cecil County when I moved last year fro Jersey but sure wish she had more help.
