Remington part ID help

I have a Remington viper 522 that no longer works after 10k+ rounds. The part with the red circle in the first pic is worn and needs replaced. Numrich's parts diagram only shows a complete trigger housing assembly but the parts list has sears, disconnectors and other various parts not shown in the diagram. The part goes from the trigger to the magwell and the tab in the middle contacts sears in the upper half. Any idea the proper name for this part?

Thanks but as I stated in the first post the diagrams are of no use. They only show the complete lower, not the parts of it.

Send it back to Remington. They'll go over it with a fine tooth comb. They fix it for free or very cheap.
