Yeah it was. Ef them internals, you aren't taking it into battle. I have an Express from when I was a kid, dropped in the mud, thousands of rounds later it still runs fine.

Unless you have a specific need for it to beat down doors and shoot someones dog,.... the civilian version is fine.
