I think anyone who orders this deserves an additional $50 rebate from Remington for the FFL transfer fee.

Picked up the Remington Rm380 today at United Gun Shop in Rockville. The feel of the gun is good and the trigger pull is long but ok for a carry gun. The finish is what you would expect on a sub $200. Not great but who cares. My trip to the range will tell if this is worth it. I mean after the $100 rebate the gun will end up costing me about $179 and that is including the transfer fee and the MSP fee.
It shoots like a dream. It's accurate as hell (my target was 9 yards away). Zero malfunctions with all types of crappy ammo. I really love this gun. More than my Ruger Lcp and Beretta Pico. The felt recoil was minimal, probably due to the feel of the grip. I wish I had bought this sooner. Very nice. The sights are kinda small and hard to see for my old eyes, but they work. So, how was it ?
Certainly has to be worth $180

I avoid Bass Pro like my ex-wife. They need to get their s**t together at the counter. Waiting over an hour for paperwork or a handgun pickup is normal there. Sorry, there must be a Bass Pro bash thread somewhere else.Last week, Bass Pro at Arundel Mills was selling these for $260 (which should have netted less than an online order + shipping + transfer fee.)
If you <ahem> happened to pick up one of these mouse guns, Remington is running a sale today - magazines are <$20. The least-expensive shipping option is $10, so factor that in.
