Actually only parts are seriously blue. Most of the land area is seriously red, but not enough people to overturn Lower Montgomery Country, Prince Georges County, Baltimore County an dBaltimore City.

However, bringing many types of firearms into MD after 10/1 is a big no-no.
    What is your home state?.

If you move into the state you can bring anything on the regulated list. It has to be registered and you need to pay a fee but that's it.

When you register your car to avoid those big fines you will find you have to pay tax on the value of the car even if you paid a sales tax on the cost when you bought it in some other state.

Only if it was purchased prior to Oct 1, 2013.

If you live out of state and buy regulated/banned firearms after Oct 1, 2013, you CANNOT legally bring them into the state. Even for a match.

That is because MD does not charge you a sales tax on vehicles. It charges as USE tax.

They cannot charge a sales tax when a sale did not occur.
