I was hiking up in Greenridge Forest a few years back and recall coming across a range that was adjacent to the forest. When I finished hiking, I drove down there and saw a wooden sign that read "Redneck Gun Club." I don't believe that this was the DNR range, and I haven't been back that way in a while. Anyone know the place I'm referring to?

I mountain biked out there a few years ago and we used to hear A LOT of shooting. I was told it was a guy with lots of land and a private range. You can google the bike loop out there to see a map of the areas adjacent to it.

There is a state owned range on greenridge I have never been to it but some friends of mine go to it. There are also many privately owned places.
