Could somebody PLEASE request any future testimony on these bills to be under oath.

Can someone please request a measure of success be included in the bill (e.g save 50 lives a year). And if the bill passes and the measure is not met in 2 years, the bill is rescinded.

I'm mostly using the other one because it's for Wednesday's Senate hearing and is quicker to search through. This one is for the 25th and sometimes takes longer to load or post in. But I can understand that some might want an omnibus thread for both.
