Back in October we ordered two raven concealment light holsters, one for my PPQ M2 and one for my mom's USP 45 tactical.

They arrived today and while my PPQ fits perfect with my Viridian X5L, her USP with the surefire X400 does not fit so well. When we placed the order, I made a point to specify it had the adapter rail required for the light attachment, but maybe the GG&G adapter dimensions on their website are millimeters smaller than the H&K factory rail adapter? Attached is a picture of how the light barely fits. Now if I take off the rail adapter and just snug up the surefire to the non-standard H&K rail on the frame of the USP, it fits in the holster, so that leaves me the options below.

1.) Contact Raven and get them to re-do it (and wait two more months)
2.) File down the surefire bits so it fits the H&K frame without the H&K rail adapter
3.) Carve out the trench on the USP 45 so the surefire fits snug without the adapter rail.

definitely do not carve up a gun to fit a holster. Contact raven, they will probably have you send it in so they can fix it. I'm sure it wont take two months.
