I've been thinking about a name for our beloved Governor.

I like the name Martin "Rain Man" O'Malley - the man who taxes the rain. Or "Rain Man" for short.

While not all Marylanders agree on gun rights, only the most radical progressives want to be taxed for the rain.

This is also a way to strike up a conversation with non gun owners.

You) I hear Rain Man is running for president.
Them) Rain Man?
You) Governor "Rain Man" O'Malley, the man who taxes the rain.
Them) Taxes the rain???
You) rain tax, gas tax, 7% sales tax, wind mill, ...
