These are the parts the kit includes:

-Magpul CTR, Available colors are FDE and Black.
    -6 Position Mil-Spec tube
    -Latch plate
    -Castle Nut
-Mil-Spec 17-4 Stainess steel buffer spring
    -ST-T2 Heavy buffer

My question is with the steel buffer spring.
Is this the correct spring for an AR15 rifle with 16" barrel?

    Below is the item description.

"The CTR is designed to be a drop in replacement carbine stock body. Adjustable for length of pull. This stock features a unique locking mech that friction locks the stock to the buffer tube for zero movement."

It says "Carbine" which makes me believe i will need to run some sort of buffer spacer. Is this assumption correct?

    Thanks in advance!

If you're looking at a a basic Mil-spec configuration, then this is a good kit. This is basically what the Daniel Defense comes with from the factory.

So even though is states "carbine" in the description, I wont need a spacer for a 16" barrel setup?

    Thanks for your help
