Question on a Firearm?

I am new to the MDShooters forum. I have a question. I was looking at an H&K USC chambered in .45 ACP w a 16" barrel. I know that certain guns will be banned come Oct 1st, would this be one of them? It's not one of the 45 or so in the MD State Regulated list for Assault Weapons, and I don't know if it's on the accepted Pistol list, but it has a skeleton type butt stock so I am guessing it would be considered a rifle just chambered in a pistol round.

Anyone have an idea on this? If this gun will be banned come October 1st?

If it's not on the current regulated list, it's fine.

Hell, unless I'm mistaken, that might even be cash & carry.
