Question about § 4-305 and Detachable Magazine's

Hey All!

So if I bought 30rd mag's out of state as within the law, but now want to sell them, what options do I have?

Can I legally list them for sale on the internet as long as I don't sell them to anyone in MD or anywhere they are not legal to own?

Or am I stuck with them?

[B]§ 4-305. Detachable magazines - Prohibited.[/B]
	
(a)  Scope of section.- This section does not apply to a .22 caliber rifle with a tubular magazine. 

(b)  Prohibited.- A person may not manufacture, sell, offer for sale, purchase, receive, or transfer a detachable magazine that has a capacity of more than 20 rounds of ammunition for a firearm.

Since you can't offer them for sale, I think you are stuck with them unless you go out of state first. Take them to a gunshow maybe.

Ah good idea! I think I will go over to my co-workers house later this evening and sell them to him, he is in PA
