    Looking to head out west for a pronghorn hunt. If anyone has been out there and used a guide service they'd recommend, Please let me know...thanks!

    I hunted elk with http://www.kiowahunting.com/
    It's been 10 years or more. Can't remember the guides' name but he looked like the twin brother of my boss. I recommend him without reservation.
    Some states require you to draw a permit. The above website references and application deadline of March 19th. It is not clear if that references elk or antelope.

    Did a DIY hunt in WY in '07, TOTAL cost was $910,including tag, airfare, rental, food etc.
    Plenty of antelope and opportunity IF you do your homework.
