Job Title: Program Administrator/Master Scheduler
Location: Linthicum, MD
Education and/or Experience:
- Associates Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent experience level.
- Defense related experience preferred.
- TS/SCI clearance preferred.
Job Summary:
Must be able to work within tight deadlines and multi-task various projects in an organized manner. Work with assigned program managers to assist with scheduling, resource loading and tracking, and other program related tasks. Analyze actual costs and compare to scheduled costs and assess the burn rate planned versus actual. Work with engineering to collect information pertaining to Basis of Estimate (BOEs) and help in proposals and setting up program plans. Help create task orders as required. Work with the finance organization and Director of Programs to prepare proposal reviews. Summarize the resource planning from all programs and evaluate resource loading for the company. Work with the Director of Programs and Director of Engineering to maximize the utilization of resources and identify over commitment of personnel as early as possible.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Three (3) years experience in Program Management, Program Scheduling & Tracking, Resource Planning.
- Must have or be able to obtain security clearance to Top Secret level.
Computer Skills:
- Intermediate skill level required in Microsoft Project, Excel, Power Point and Word.
- Visio Skills are preferred.
