How do you transfer a ar-10 registered in Delaware to a maryland resident?? What exactly has to be done.

Go thru an FFL in either state, fill out a 4473 form, FFL makes a call, FFL get the ok NICS number put on form, buyer signs and leaves with AR-10

DE registers AR-10's? There is no handgun or rifle registration in DE.

Only if the buyer and seller are from the same state. Otherwise it's an interstate transaction and must go through an FFL.

Correct on interstate transaction, but I believe Delaware passed a law that requires Delaware residents to go through a ffl even though they live in same state when selling a firearm to another Delaware resident.

Easy go trough an FFL had to do this to get an AR and Henery out to my Father in law
