I picked up my 3 boxes at 3pm for $2.17 a box. They still had about 20+ boxes on the shelf at that time.

Tulammo 2.23 is showing in stock as well on the mobile app. At $5.27/20, I'd rather just buy it online from Cabelas ($5.99/20 + shipping). Without fail it will show in stock for me on the mobile app, but they tell me every time that they never got it. In one case I then read on here that the next morning someone bought it. They're either hoarding it and buying it themselves or selling it to their buddies, I'm convinced of that.

I haven't seen any .22LR at this Walmart for $2.17; what brand is it?

I forgot to say it was at Walmart, but if your local you probobly figured it out since it's the only place to buy ammo in PF. It was just Remington Thunderbolt, but it's the first that I've seen since December.
