Possible shotgun for sale

Possibly going to be listing a shotgun for sale…

It’s been a while since I’ve sold a gun in Maryland, but are shotguns still allowed to be sold face to face with out going through a FFL?

Reason I ask is I have a Remington 1100 3” magnum I’m thinking of selling and not sure how I’m allowed to sell it.

Hi, sadly maryland has completely thrown out all FTF sales on any firearms (including shotguns), so anything sold after (march?) of 2021 I believe, does have to be sold through an FFL.

And if i may, I highly recommend Brownstone Trading Company Located in Westminster MD, for cheap quick transfers, and have never had any issues with anything done through them.

... and since the OP is in Bel Air I'll add J&K Associates on Rt.40 near HdG as a great-to-work-with FFL. They also have a large stock of firearms on display and FS.
