porting and bluing

i was wondering if anyone had every done some after market porting. i live in harford county and am looking for some one to take my taurus pt940 and run 3-4 ports down the rail by the far site. i know this requires rebluing.
anyone ever use those do it your self blu kits?
anyone know a smith around my way that you could recomend?

thanks i looked there and will contact them but it looks like they make you go through a ffl ?
