PG Co., Balto. City and Balto. Co ( to a degree ) have total control over the state.

Polls don't matter. What does matter is how the upper leadership of the Democratic party think of him. They don't need real people to vote anymore, they just want a candidate that embodies their vision of America.

They dont care about gas prices as they walk/use public transit everywhere, they dont care about income tax because they dont have to pay it, they dont care about the 2nd Amendment because they either hate guns or have them illegally.
